Sometimes it may be unclear whether you qualify for a claim. Elan will readily assist you in understanding if your situation & policy qualify.
Claim Processing
We help our clients get together all the documentation & info they may need to make a successful claim and send it onto the insurer on your behalf.
Client Advocating
If the insurer comes back with a response we don’t think is fair, we will craft a response which argues your case. This is a free service we provide which is uncommon in the industry.

22/03/2026 - We go ‘out of our way’
Our client Lisa was diagnosed with breast cancer in January 2026. This came as a large shock and created a huge interruption in her busy life. Luckily she had Trauma insurance with Elan Brokers which provided her with a lump sum of money to ease the financial stress.
To get the insurance payment approved however, a discharge notice needed to be signed and witnessed in person. Lisa did not have someone who could easily witness this. To solve this, we printed out the document, drove to her and signed it at 8pm one Sunday evening (the only time she was available).
We understand medical issues can be incredibly stressful, so at Elan we strive to make the insurance claim as easy as possible.
